Rehab Exercises
Rehabilitation exercises are recommended to all patients. Supportive rehab improves patient outcomes by continuing to add to the therapeutic value of in-office treatments. Supportive home rehab improves self-awareness and builds patient empowerment. Rehab is very patient specific with the goal of keeping rehab to less than 4 minutes per session. Most recommended rehab is based heavily on Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) concepts (influenced by developmental kinesiology) and the McKenzie Method (influenced by movement preferences and movement intolerances)..
